Who

Would you buy a used car from this guy… probably not.

But a wooden surfboard or a bellyboard, we’ve got this.

Designer

My educational background and early career was in architecture and the built environment. This means I have a good understanding of CAD and CNC software, which helps when doing all the technical shit that goes into the heart of our boards. Art and feel will get you so far, however solid design, computer precision, engineering principles with fluid dynamics are going give you a far superior product…

Which translates to more fun on the water.

Woodworker

It turns out Architectural work involved being sat down at a computer all day… That’s why for the last 8 years I’ve been hands-on building some amazing buildings all over the UK using natural materials. The joy of working with your hands, to create something unique is so powerful. Natural materials have a set of principles, that when you understand you can use to great results, think mediaeval longbows. Working with natural materials brings extra life into a product, which is hard to achieve with an artificial product.

This translates to a more connected feel in the water.

Water nerd

As a freelance outdoor instructor and guide, I’m happiest when I’m in and around water. My connection and love for our water have unfortunately led to needing to find ways to protect it. Not just for my work, but for our health and well-being and that of our future generations.

This translates to a product that meets your needs without compromising our future needs.

The more complex and intricate something is, the more you need a nerd on it.
